1. 14-Day Return Policy

- You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return for a refund.
Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item is in the same condition as when you received it
- It is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

Yes! We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, as long as they meet the conditions above.
2. How to Start a Return

Return Authorization:
- If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how to send back your item.
- Return Shipping Fee: You’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping cost of £3.99.
- Return Method: The item should be returned via mail.
- Return Label: A return label will be included in your original package.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of £3.99 will apply.

- Any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

4. Non-Returnable Items

- Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items
- Perishable Goods & Hazardous Materials: We do not accept returns on perishable items, hazardous materials, or flammable goods.

Exchanges:
