Order Cut-Off Time
To ensure your order gets processed the same day, please make sure to place it before 4:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

- Once your order is confirmed, our team will begin processing it within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday).
Delivery Timeframes
- After dispatch, your order will typically reach you within 1 to 2 business days, depending on your location. This means that from the moment you place your order, your total delivery time will range from 2 to 4 business days.
Track Your Order
- We’ve made tracking your order easy! Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you an email with all the details, including a tracking number and a link so you can follow your order’s journey directly through the courier’s website.
Delivery to Remote Areas
- Some remote locations within the UK may experience longer shipping times or additional delivery charges. If your order falls under this category, we will notify you in advance by mail.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- While we take great care in packaging and sending your items, things don’t always go as planned. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We’ll sort it out quickly by either replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
Returns & Exchanges
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide your product isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.
