To ensure same-day processing, please place your order before 2:00 PM (GMT).
Orders submitted after this time will be processed the following business day.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, our team will begin preparing it for dispatch within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

After your order is dispatched, you can expect delivery within 1–2 business days, depending on your location.
Overall, your order should arrive within 2–4 business days from the time of purchase.

Order Tracking

We make it easy for you to track your order. Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery via the courier’s website.

Deliveries to Remote Areas

Please note: Deliveries to certain remote or outlying areas within the UK may take longer or incur additional delivery charges. If your address falls into this category, we will contact you in advance via email.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Although we take the utmost care in packaging and shipping your items, unforeseen issues may occasionally occur.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking details. We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in their original packaging.
